We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the Platform or of the information, products, services or graphics on it.

Beauty service provider disclaimer

Independent contractors: all BeautyPros on the platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of DoorstepDiva. Each pro is responsible for their own licensing, insurance, tax obligations and compliance with local regulations.

Service quality: while we vet the pros we onboard, DoorstepDiva does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the services they provide. Clients engage services at their own discretion.

Credentials: although we require proper licensing, clients are encouraged to verify a professional's credentials and qualifications before booking.

Health and safety disclaimer

Pre-existing conditions: clients with skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy or ongoing medical treatment should seek medical advice before booking.

Patch testing: we strongly recommend patch testing for all chemical treatments, dyes and cosmetic products 24–48 hours before full application.

Adverse reactions: DoorstepDiva is not liable for allergic reactions, irritation or other adverse effects resulting from beauty services. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical information.

Emergencies: in the event of a severe reaction or medical emergency, seek emergency medical attention immediately.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoorstepDiva is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Platform will not exceed the total amount you paid to DoorstepDiva in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

• Use of, or inability to use, the Platform
• Any services obtained through the Platform
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Any property damage, personal injury or other harm resulting from beauty services

Payment and booking disclaimer

Payment processing: payments are handled by a secure third-party processor. DoorstepDiva does not store card details on its servers.

Booking confirmations: bookings are subject to provider availability and confirmation. A request does not guarantee availability.

Cancellation policy: cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Terms of Service and may be supplemented by individual provider policies.

Pricing: prices are set by individual providers and may change. The price at confirmation is the final price.

Technology and platform disclaimer

System availability: we aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

Data accuracy: provider profiles, availability and service descriptions are supplied by third parties, and we cannot guarantee their accuracy or completeness.

Third-party links: we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of external sites linked from the Platform.

Geographic limitations

DoorstepDiva operates in selected areas. Service availability and features vary by location.

Users are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations covering beauty services in their jurisdiction. Some services may not be available or lawful everywhere.

Age restrictions and parental consent

Clients under 18 must have explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian before receiving any beauty service. A parent or guardian must be present for clients under 16.

BeautyPros may refuse service to a minor without proper consent or supervision.

Modification of this disclaimer

DoorstepDiva may modify this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately on posting, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
