How do I check my balance?
Enter the code under “Check balance” below, or add it to your DoorstepDiva account and the balance updates live on every booking.
What if I never received the email with my eGift card?
Check your inbox and spam folder first. If the message is still missing, contact our support team with the purchase email and we will reissue the code.
Do I have to activate the eGift card?
To start using it, add the code to your DoorstepDiva profile or enter it during checkout when you pay for a booking.
Can I get a refund?
eGift card purchases are non-refundable. If you believe you have a special case, reach out to the DoorstepDiva team and we will review it.
Can credit be used for shop products?
Yes. Credit applies to bookings and to physical product orders from partner shops at checkout.
